Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of ANish Marketing Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ANish Marketing Hub provides digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and related services as described on our website. The scope of services for each client is defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Payment Terms

Retainer fees are due at the start of each billing month. Project fees follow the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables produced for them. ANish Marketing retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANish Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketing services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer agreement with 30 days written notice. Project contracts may not be terminated once work has commenced unless by mutual agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
